Marina Terranova is an award-winning filmmaker with an acute interest in every aspect of Documentary Filmmaking. She feels that so many existing stories are waiting to be told and people who need and deserve to have their voices being heard and uplifted.

Prior to her filmmaking Bachelor at the London Film Academy, she studied Interactive Media Design at the Applied Art School of La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland, where she was born and raised. After which, she decided to move to London and start her career in the Film and TV industry. She worked as a video editor and graphic designer for a TV channel until deciding to further her knowledge and passion for the moving image in film school.

Marina Terranova has been experienced in branding and digital communication for diverse clients across London and Switzerland for the past 7 years. She has a great understanding of audio-visual trends such as design, filmmaking and social media, through diverse experiences within the entertainment industry.
During her time working in the film industry in London, she was able to to gain multiple credits and Direct as well as Production and Costume Design various Award Winning Short Films.

Marina is thoroughly passionate about exerting her creative skills in Documentary, Film and TV Productions, through Directing, the Art Department, Editing, and Graphic Design, whilst also being able to create a positive change and impact on a small or large scale, through her work.
